- Press Windows + R, type explorer shell:AppsFolder and ok
- This will display all available application list, simply right click and select create Shortcut.
- Now right click on the shortcut icon and select properties,
- Select shortcut key box under shortcut tab
- Type your keystroke combination example ctrl+Alt + r
- Click apply and ok to save changes.
