File-level restore fails if a shared drive is mounted as a folder within a folder on a computer

If a user mounts a shared drive as a folder within a folder, file-level restore to the folder fails. 

Resolution

Mount the shared drive as a CIFS shared drive or a mapped drive and ensure that the Phoenix agent recognizes it. For more information on how to let Phoenix agent recognize the drive, see Backup network drives with Phoenix agent.
